The Banner Art Project exists to beautify Destin by displaying local artists’ work on banners along Main Street and other points throughout the city.

Now entering its 5th year, the Destin Banner Art Project celebrates the beauty and inspiration of our coastal community. Artists of all ages are encouraged to let their creativity spill out from schools, studios, and galleries into the streets.

Colorful artist-created banners are displayed in the medians on Main Street. We are currently displaying new sets of eight banners four times a year. This frequent rotation of new artwork is a constant reminder of our vibrant local art community.
